PRODUCT MANAGEMENT IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF A COMPANY

3 speakers share their product experiences in different growth stages + Q&A

10:15 - 10:45
GROWTH STAGE

KANDO
JB Mairy
CPO

JB Mairy is Chief Product Officer at Kando, where he builds software for care teams and the residents they look after. He is a civil engineer with a PhD in optimisation from UCLouvain, and he started his career writing solvers before concluding that solving a problem well matters less than picking the right problem. He has since done product at every company stage: a startup finding its market at Take Eat Easy, a scale-up (N-Side) where he helped them bringing product maturity, and now an early-stage company again, where product calls decide whether the business survives.

ROOM 1

13:00 - 13:45
No strategy? No problem. (Until it is…)

Timoté Geimer - CEO at DUALOOP

Many product teams operate without a clear strategy and survive.
But survival is not success. This provocative talk will explore what happens when strategy is missing, misaligned, or muddled.
You’ll learn a field-tested approach to building clarity from the ground up, even when leadership stays silent.
Expect war stories, irreverent truths, and a toolkit to turn “lack of strategy” paralysis.
Because waiting for a strategy to arrive is not a strategy.

13:55 - 14:40
How to run A/B-tests that actually teach you something

Isabel Senden - Chief Revenue Officer at ACCOUNTABLE

15:15 - 16:00

Nicolas Streel - Entrepreneur

Nicolas Streel is co-founder of Line-Out, a Belgian agency building digital products for SMEs and institutions, and coaches startups at Startech, StartLab and imec.istart. Across all of it, the same pattern: the hardest part of a product is rarely the product, it's the room where it gets judged.

ROOM: SERENITY

13:00 - 13:45
When Intelligence Becomes Buyable — What to sell when AI sells thinking

Wim Codenie & Nick Boucart - Senior Advisors Digital Business & Software Engineering and ICT at SIRRIS

AI makes reasoning and intelligence a cheap, buyable commodity , impacting both the product and the services revenue of scaleups at once. In this talk we show why adopting AI is necessary but can never differentiate you. We discuss what becomes scarce when intelligence is abundant: governed data, accountability, unique cross-customer insight, and trust. We show where your company is exposed, sketch possible futures, and end with a capability model for AI adaptation.

13:55 - 14:40
Governing AI Without Killing Innovation: Practical Guardrails for Product Teams

Sandro Munda - Founder & CEO at ROOTCX

Sandro Munda is the Founder and CEO of RootCX, an open-source platform providing governed infrastructure for internal tools and autonomous AI agents. A software engineer with over 20 years of hands-on technical experience, he previously spent a decade founding and leading Forest Admin as CEO. Born out of startup studio Hexa (eFounders), Forest Admin pioneered the internal operations software category, raising over $11 million, scaling to a 50-person team, and serving thousands of companies worldwide, including European tech leaders like Qonto, Spendesk, and Swan. Drawing on a decade of solving complex enterprise permissions and operational architectures at scale, Sandro now empowers product and engineering teams to safely build and govern the next generation of AI-driven systems.
